Refund Policy
PRODUCT RETURNS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The user has the right to withdraw from the purchase of products from Camisetas Store within fifteen calendar days by sending an email to [email protected].
In the case of an exchange, the return period is reduced to 24 hours, and the user must contact Camisetas Store to process the return. Camisetas Store will accept exchanges in the Iberian Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the Canary Islands.
The product must be returned in its original packaging. If this is not the case, we hold the consumer responsible for its loss of value, and a decision will be made on a partial refund only after an individual assessment of each product.
Returns of personalized products with names and numbers printed according to the customer's specifications or manufactured, adapted, or tailored to the customer's specifications will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
To return a product, you must send an email to the following address within fourteen days of receiving the order: [email protected], indicating the affected order number and the product(s) being returned.
The refund of the amount paid for the returned product will be processed as soon as possible, provided it is an online purchase, within fifteen days of delivery. Purchases made in the showroom will not be refunded. This is always subject to the provisions of these specific terms and conditions.
The aforementioned products may be returned if they are defective or have manufacturing defects. In these cases, camisetasstore will be responsible for replacing the item.

The buyer has the option of returning products received in poor condition, whether due to defects or manufacturing defects (provided that said defects were not due to mishandling or misuse by the user), or that have been damaged in transit.
A claim in the event of receiving a damaged product must be made as soon as possible, and must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order to be covered by shipping insurance.
